Samurai : The Religion of War

This Book will discuss some unique approaches that I use as part of an experiential learning approach to teaching negotiation and ADR skills. The Article emphasizes communication skills. Although the key concepts of effective negotiation and ADR skills are contained in the ideas of ``underlying interests of the parties`` and ``effective communication between the parties,`` I hope that these concepts will be more enticing to readers if I say instead that the idea is for ``the Savvy Samurai to meet the Devil.``
